Submit through the Online Submission System.

If there is any problem with the submission system, please feel free to contact us through email (Secretary@iwegconf.org) or telephone (86-15927125823)

Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher. The Editors reserve the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions, but authors will receive proofs for approval before publication.

  1. Submission Acknowledgement
When you submit a manuscript, the editor or editorial assistant sends an e-mail confirmation to the submission's author within one to three working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, please check your bulk email box or contact the editorial assistant by email: Secretary@iwegconf.org.
  2. Basic Review
The editor or editorial assistant determines whether the manuscript fits the conference's focus and scope. Then a check for the similarity rate is done. Any manuscripts out of the conference's scope or containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, are rejected.
  3. Peer Review
We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process may take about 1 month.
  4. Decision Is Made
The decision to accept or reject an article is based on the suggestions of reviewers. If differences of opinion occur between reviewers, the editor-in-chief will weigh all comments and arrive at a balanced decision based on all comments, or a second round of peer review may be initiated.
  5. Notification of the Result of Review
The result of review will be sent to the corresponding author through email.
  6. Registration Fee Is Paid
If the submission is accepted, the authors revise paper and pay the registration fee.
  7. Final Manuscript Proofreading
Final manuscript will be sent to all registered authors for proofreading through email. Once the final manuscript is proofed and confirmed, no more changes are allowed. If authors fail to check and reply the proofreading emails within the required period, the Editors reserve the right to edit or make necessary changes on the manuscripts.
  8. Plagiarism Detection
All confirmed manuscripts will be checked using CrossCheck or Turnitin. There will be high risk of being rejected for publication for manuscripts with 30% or higher duplication rate. Please avoid multiple, redundant or concurrent submission and high duplication rate of your manuscript.
  9. E-copy Proceedings Are Mailed
After publication, one E-copy of the conference proceeding will be sent to the corresponding author. If you want more copies, please order at Secretary@iwegconf.org.
  10. Publication Notice
The authors and readers will be notified and invited to visit our website for the newly published articles.

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

  1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
  2. Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
  3. Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
  4. Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
  5. No refunds will be made for academic misconduct at any time.
