Regular Registration fees include the following:
- Conference Welcome Packet
- All Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, etc.)
- Lunch & Dinner on July 17, 2022
- Coffee Breaks during All Sessions
- Conference Proceedings (CD form)
- Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide
- One-day Tour
Notes:
- Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
- The registration fee does not include:
- Accommodation
- Visa application fee
- Transportation fee
- Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to Secretary@iwegconf.org If the author want to withdraw manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
Before 50 days of the conference: The remaining refund after deducting the handling fee.
Between 50-15 days before the conference: 50% of Payment Refund.
After July 3, 2022: No Refund.
